I’m excited to announce my inaugural line of fabrics with RJR Fabrics called “Urban Artifacts,” debuting this fall at Quilt Market and coming to quilt shops in February!
Please stop by the RJR booth to say hello and check it out!
I am inspired by the textural beauty found in patterns of natural and man-made environments. I love the tactile experience of working with cloth and I create imagery through the use of dye, paint, and thread on fabric. I like to think of a quilt as having a “2.5-dimensional” surface, which adds a layer of interest that is unique to this medium. I have exhibited internationally and my work is held in both private and corporate collections. I have written and have been featured in numerous books and magazines, produced a workshop DVD, and have curated numerous exhibitions as one-half of Dinner At Eight Artists along with Jamie Fingal.
